Golf Outings

The Golf Course is currently undergoing a major renovation.  We expect to re-open the course in the summer of 2012.  If you would like any additional information regarding outings, please call the General Manager, Paul Flood at (703) 938-3139.

Westwood Country Club is available to host a limited number of golf outings each year. Your group or organization will enjoy a fun, relaxing day on our challenging championship golf course (View Scorecard [PDF]). The golf outings package includes greens fees, golf carts, range balls, and tournament management. The cost is $125 per player, which includes an $8.00 credit in the golf pro shop, based on a minimum guarantee of 100 golfers. If your group includes more than 116 players, additional charges will be incurred to defray the expense of leasing additional golf carts. A number of double shotgun dates are available. A $2,500 deposit is required to secure your event date. If your event is cancelled for any reason and Westwood Country Club cannot fill the date with another event, your deposit will not be refunded. Bills are payable upon receipt and a 5 percent late fee will be attached to all balances after 30 days. All outings will be scheduled on Mondays during the golf season with an 11 a.m. tee off. All food and beverages for golf outings must be purchased through Westwood Country Club and all meal service will be based on the number of participants in the event. Metal golf spikes are prohibited at Westwood and all players should be notified of that policy in advance. In the event a player arrives for your outing with metal spikes, the pro shop will install plastic spikes for $10 per player with the additional cost added to your final bill. The dress code for the golf course is collared shirts and non-denim pants. Jeans of any kind are not acceptable. Shorts must be of Bermuda length or longer.
