Westwood Clubhouse Dining and Entertaining
Member Dining: Grille Room
The Grille Room is a home away from home for many of our members. In addition to our Lunch and Dinner menus (changing four times a year) which the membership enjoys daily, the Grille Room houses Westwood's Sunday brunch buffet, occasional 'international nights' featuring a specific menu highlighting a culinary region, holiday buffets celebrating St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Easter and other holidays. Our signature Family Nights, the first Saturday of most months, offer a child-friendly menu, face painters, a balloon artist and goodie bags. In Spring and Summer, the Grille Room "expands" to include the 20-table terrace for al fresco dining. Whether sipping a cocktail while watching the sunset, or enjoying a Sunday night family barbeque, the terrace is a highlight for many members.

The Rotunda is the most sophisticated of the dining options at Westwood. Offering the same menu as the Grille Room, the Rotunda is where our members come for a quiet, more formal experience. On Fridays, live music on our baby grand piano sets the mood, and the rest of the week the quality food, exemplary service and warmth of the members and staff set the scene.

Member Dining: The Pub
By day, the Pub is used as a spot for local meetings and private dining. By night, the Pub provides the members the most comfortable and casual of all our dining options. The Pub features 12 draft beers, seven HD-TVs with the ability to show any game broadcast, and a state-of-the-art SONOS music system. The Pub menu was designed to be off the normal country club track, with items such as Lobster Mac and Cheese, Hummus spreads and Asian style chili hot wings. Not only the perfect spot for a cold beer after golf, the Pub has become Westwood's gathering place for Redskins and Capital games, March Madness and Oscar night. The calendar is punctuated with special events such as Karaoke, 70s night and Taco Tuesdays.

Social Events at Westwood
Throughout the year, Westwood entertains its members with interesting and unique social activities to which all members are invited. Staples to the social calendar include: Ladies Night (a themed monthly evening for the women of Westwood), Family Night in the Grille Room, Karaoke Night in the Pub, Raft Night at the pool, and Twilight Golf. Many holidays are celebrated at Westwood including family events such as Thanksgiving, Mother's Day and Easter, as well as evenings for adults only such as the New Year's Eve Extravaganza and Valentine's Day. Westwood's 4th of July barbeque features a carnival and live music for the kids, off-the-grill barbeque for, and a fireworks show that rivals the best in Virginia.
In addition to Westwood's older traditions, newer ones have emerged such as annual poker tournaments, 'Havana Night' at the pool, the Westwood "Prom" for adults, and the Halloween dance party.

Jason Parker - Executive Chef Jason has run the kitchen at Westwood for five years after being Executive Chef at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Manassas. Jason's creativity, use of local and organic products, dedication to running a "made-from-scratch" kitchen and his ability to manage under any budget, make him the asset he is to us. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and 'resident' of kitchens his whole life, Jason finds relaxation in his love of the Boston Red Sox.
Dalila Dougly - Catering Director Dalila has been considered at the top of her field throughout her career. Stints with Catholic University, the French Consulate and now Westwood have given Dalila the palette and artistry to create long lasting and brilliant memories for her clients. Dalila's membership in ISES and other affiliated associations, coupled with her dedication to the client and the event make her the professional that she is. To bring a smile to her face, greet her with 'Bonjour' and share your stories of Springtime in Paris.
